We appreciated rooms and staff here. You can visit El Pirata that offers excellent meals. Moreover, free Wi-Fi is available. El Puerto Ibiza Hotel Spa - is simply one love.
A bit noisy street.
-
Friendliness of the staff
Breakfast. One-sided and loveless
-
The location of the hotel was ideal for Formentera travellers, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was very rich.
-
View on the 6th floor was very nice
Breakfast was a bit poor, I missed tomatoes and peppers.
-
Centrally close to the airport and yet on the beach. One night here - everything's fine. Generally this place is for party winners. Nothing for beach holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet. However, it was not loud in the accommodation or at night
Everything ok

Room with balcony. Central location.
-
Easy to move by feet, close to harbour, supermarket close to hotel, car & bike rentals opposite hotel.lot of young people customers.
A bit noisy for sleeping after clubbing.no freezerator in the room.
-
It is located in the center of Ibiza and it is really near to the port to Formentera, allowing people to walk with baggage. The apartment was clean and "fresh" towels and bed cloths. It has plenty of natural light and a big terrace/balcony. The staff was very nice and attentious all the time. Next time in Ibiza, sure will be in Apartamentos El Puerto.

I called before hand & Spoke to Gwen asking for a quiet apartment high up in the building if possible & we got exactly that, the room was much better than last year & clearly they have been doing up the place bit by bit. No complaints at all (only that we had to come home).

Great location, across from restaurants and a mini mart Nice pool
No toaster or kettle Very thin walls

Big rooms, big balconies, great location. If you were to drive to Ibiza town, this is where you'd end up parking your car anyway.
The furniture and design is pretty basic. Things are functional and not broken, but it wouldn't win any design prizes.

The location of the hotel is excellent. We're not clubbers particularly but we did want a good choices of bars and restaurants, which is just what we got. The hotel is down a side street that leads onto the main road along the Marina and within 5 minutes walk of bars and restaurants and the castle. Our towels were changed every day as we put the old ones in the bath every morning and the room was kept clean.
The hotel is very basic, but was ok for what we needed. The first 2 days everywhere was quiet but then the last 2 days we couldn't get a seat in the restaurant at breakfast so had to sit in the smoky bar. At night the noise from outside was terrible! We were on the 6th floor off the main street, but the crowds may as well have been outside the door. The walls are also very thin and so noise from other rooms could be a problem, luckily we had a family next to us as opposed to a rowdy group. The hotel leaflet makes it look more plush than it really is. The hotel was ok for us, 2 friends, we had a fantastic time and the room was clean which is the main thing, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Location only
My stay in the Hotel was not good: the Hotel is not beautiful, you don't have privacy in the room and the electric structure of the room was so bad: my hair dryer plug fused when I was using it (very dangerous). Moreover the Hotel staff handled in a not good way.

Good room rate, large room with balcony. Has a pool Close to centre of Ibiza town and harbour
Room smelt a bit of old smoke.
